Job Summary:
Concept Studio is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction and fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site coordination, and quality control, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The Site Supervisor will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to deliver high-quality fit-out and construction work that meets UAE regulations and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Site Management & Supervision
Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and site teams to ensure work quality and safety.
Coordinate material deliveries, manpower, and site logistics.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely project completion.
✅ Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure all fit-out and construction work meets design specifications, standards, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to prevent defects or rework.
Ensure site activities comply with health and safety standards (HSE).
✅ Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and designers to implement plans and resolve site challenges.
Provide daily progress reports to update management.
Attend project meetings and assist in problem-solving during site execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in site supervision for fit-out or construction projects (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction, interior fit-out, joinery, and MEP coordination.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Experience in managing subcontractors, labor teams, and site logistics.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and UAE construction regulations.
Proficiency in English language. Knowledge of Hindi, Arabic and other languages will be an advantage.
