Job Summary
We are seeking a creative professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent video editing skills, and the ability to create compelling marketing materials for digital and print platforms. Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, flyers, banners, and property advertisements.
- Edit and produce engaging videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create reels, promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and corporate videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Ensure all designs and videos align with the Mascorp Properties brand identity.
- Enhance images and videos using professional editing techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and video editing techniques.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.
- Strong knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is required.
