Front office admin responsibilities

Front office admin provides the team with administrative support including typing, filing, answering telephones, taking messages, maintaining appointment calendar, making travel arrangements, internal customer service, and other general office duties.

What will I be doing

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Creating theme park tickets
  • Generating reports from the ticketing system and highlighting all duplications or incorrect confirmation numbers
  • Updating cancelled, duplicated, and no-show tickets on a daily basis
  • Checking the reconciliation report and adding detailed explanations to each booking confirmation number
  • Updating CID system
  • Auditing and filing

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
