Go Active Ladies Gym is seeking a confident and energetic female Arabic Sales Representative to join our team. As the face of our gym, you will play a key role in welcoming potential members, promoting our fitness programs, and helping women start their fitness journey in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote gym memberships, packages, and fitness programs
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Build strong relationships with members and prospects
- Conduct gym tours and explain services clearly
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into memberships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Requirements:
- Female candidate (for a ladies-only gym environment)
- Arabic speaker (required)
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, friendly, and confident personality
- Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts
