As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm welcome and seamless guest experience.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a polished and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to provide a welcoming, efficient, and personalized check-in and check-out experience for guests. The ideal candidate is well-presented, service-oriented, and detail-driven, with the ability to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Check-In/Check-Out:
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, adhering to luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure guests receive accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and policies.
• Assist with guest requests, special accommodations, and VIP arrangements.
Reservations & Room Assignments:
• Handle reservations and room allocations, maximizing occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and verify guest credentials with discretion and security compliance.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge teams to ensure rooms are prepared to luxury standards.
Guest Relations & Problem Resolution:
• Address guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and discretion, ensuring immediate resolution.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize services to enhance their stay.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment in Riyadh.
Administrative & Compliance Duties:
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information in the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, local regulations, and security procedures.
• Support front office operations and assist with special events, promotions, and VIP bookings.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or Guest Relations Associate in a luxury hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera or similar platforms.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptional grooming and professional etiquette to represent a luxury brand.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in luxury or five-star hotels.
• Knowledge of concierge services, local attractions, and VIP guest handling.
• Strong understanding of hospitality sales and upselling techniques.
