We are seeking an experienced and professionally qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and the ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, and support positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality standards.
Pay: AED1,917.28 – AED10,765.32 per month
