Front Desk Receptionist Jobs in Dubai at Myo Aesthetics
The Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.
Patient Registration: Accurately enter patient information into the system, verify insurance details, and manage patient records.
Telephone Handling: Answer and manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information regarding services, procedures, and appointments.
Billing and Payments: Handle billing processes, including invoicing, processing payments, and managing insurance claims.
Coordination with Medical Staff: Assist doctors, nurses, and other medical staff by providing patient information, preparing patient files, and facilitating communication between departments.
Customer Service: Address patient concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive patient experience.
Confidentiality Management: Handle all patient information with the utmost confidentiality, adhering to privacy regulations and company policies.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, managing office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Al Rigga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
