We are currently looking for a hardworking, reliable, and physically fit General Helper to join our MEP, Electrical, and Fit-Out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist technicians, electricians, fit-out workers, and installation teams in daily project activities and ensure smooth site operations.
This position is suitable for candidates who are willing to work in construction, interior fit-out, maintenance, and MEP-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist electricians, MEP technicians, and fit-out teams during installation and project activities.
- Support civil, electrical, mechanical, and interior fit-out work at project sites.
- Carry and arrange materials, tools, equipment, and site supplies.
- Load and unload construction and installation materials safely.
- Assist in cable pulling, conduit installation, dismantling, mounting, and basic site preparation work.
- Help with gypsum, partition, ceiling, painting, carpentry, and finishing support tasks when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and storage spaces.
- Follow supervisor instructions and provide general labor support to skilled workers.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and maintain workplace safety standards.
- Assist in material shifting, packing, and project mobilization activities.
- Support maintenance and repair work across multiple project locations if required.
- Perform other general site duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in MEP, Electrical, Fit-Out, Construction, Maintenance, or Technical Services is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move materials.
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and technicians.
- Strong teamwork and a positive work attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
