Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, planning, and execution of engineering projects
Perform technical calculations, data analysis, and report writing
Work collaboratively with senior engineers and cross-functional teams
Participate in site visits, inspections, and project meetings
Support documentation, process improvement, and quality control efforts
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and project timelines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
Strong academic record and foundational knowledge of engineering principles
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, Solid Works, etc.)
Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
Ability to work well in a team and under supervision
Internship or project experience is a plus
