Job Summary ConsultantHSS (CHSS) is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator (Architecture) to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead the development, coordination, and quality assurance of architectural BIM models for high-profile projects, ensuring full alignment with project requirements and Dubai authority standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural BIM models across multidisciplinary design teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and mitigate design conflicts.
- Ensure all architectural models comply with local Dubai building codes, industry standards, and project-specific BIM execution plans.
- Manage authority submissions and facilitate the BIM approval process with relevant government entities.
- Provide technical BIM support to the design team and monitor model accuracy throughout all project stages.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a dedicated BIM Coordinator role.
- Local Expertise: Proven experience working on architectural projects in Dubai, with a solid understanding of local authority submission requirements.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED18,000.00 per month
