We are currently seeking Emirati National candidates for a Management Trainee Program (MTP) with one of the largest real estate developers in the Middle East.
This is a permanent job opportunity offering structured training and career growth.
Program Overview:
You will receive hands-on training across multiple departments, including:
- Sales & Marketing
- Finance & Accounting
- Human Resources (HR)
- Customer Service / Business Support
- Administrator
The training duration is 3 to 4 months, after which you will be placed in a department best suited to your skills and performance.
Job Details:
⏲️ Working Hours:
Full-time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Friday: Half day (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Weekend: Saturday & Sunday off (4.5 working days per week)
Salary Package:
- AED 15,000 + Nafis (for Bachelor’s degree holders)
- AED 12,000 + Nafis (for High School graduates)
