We are expanding our team and are currently seeking a motivated, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our client base in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell social media marketing and web development packages that we have customized to the potential clients
- Identify and engage prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate digital solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Deliver service presentations and effectively negotiate contract terms
- Stay updated on industry trends to better communicate the value of our services
- Conduct market research, generate leads, make sales pitches, and close deals
- Develop customized marketing strategies based on client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams for lead tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate experience or lead generation in real estate or UAE, sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and web development services
- If you are living in UAE driving license is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Only Compensation no salary
- 20% of the confirmed potential client only
- Commission-based (no fixed salary)
