Forman (Construction) Jobs in Dubai at LIMAR TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C
The Foreman is responsible for supervising daily construction activities on villa and high-rise projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and labor teams.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor workmanship, quality, and productivity on site.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, General Foreman, and subcontractors.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for daily operations.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Report site progress, issues, and resource requirements to the Site Engineer or General Foreman.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE construction standards.
Requirements
- Diploma, ITI, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5–8 years of UAE construction experience, including villa and high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination.
- Ability to lead labor teams and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
