Automobile is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Hostess to be the first point of contact for our showroom visitors. You will help create a welcoming environment and ensure a smooth customer experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers upon arrival.
- Escort customers to the assigned Sales Officer.
- Coordinate and schedule test drive appointments.
- Answer basic customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception/showroom area.
- Assist the sales team and other staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Thank and greet customers upon their departure.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
