Foreman – MEP Jobs in Abu Dhabi at DIPG
We are looking for an experienced and reliable MEP Foreman to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting works on our construction or fit-out projects. You will lead workers on-site, manage daily schedules, and make sure all installations match engineering plans and safety codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site works for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Manage manpower and assign daily tasks to technicians, trade helpers, and sub-contractors.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, schematics, and method statements.
- Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to prevent site clashes and delays.
- Enforce safety rules (HSE guidelines) and maintain clean working conditions.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related technical field).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 2–3 years working in a supervisory or foreman role in the UAE.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of local authority codes, safety standards, and reading technical drawings.
