We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Control inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE experience preferred but not mandatory.
