Overview
Blissberry LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food Products Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of food product development and supply chain activities. The role is based in Lusail and plays a key part in ensuring product quality, availability, and compliance across all food-related operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the sourcing, development, and distribution of food products across internal teams and external suppliers
- Monitor product quality standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to maintain efficient product flow
- Assist in managing inventory levels and forecasting product demand
- Support new product development (NPD) projects from concept through launch
- Maintain accurate product documentation, specifications, and labeling requirements
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or specifications
- Conduct regular market and competitor research to support product improvements
- Ensure timely reporting of product performance metrics and operational updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in food product coordination, FMCG, or supply chain roles
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in product development or quality assurance in the food industry
- Knowledge of international food labeling and compliance standards
- Familiarity with ERP systems
