FM Supervisor (Driving License) Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Hayatt Real Estate LLC
Preferred: Candidates on cancelled visa or SHORT NOTICE
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients for inspections and approvals.
- Prepare inspection reports and quotations.
- Mobilize and supervise teams for approved projects.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure timely project completion.
- Supervise installation and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond to emergency callouts when required.
- Manage work schedules and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 7-8 years of UAE/Gulf experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
- Languages: English(Fluent) , Urdu, Hindi (required).
- Valid UAE driving license (required).
