About the Client:
A Dubai-based premium confectionery company specializing in artisan chocolates, handcrafted desserts, and luxury gifting solutions
– Create and refine premium pastries, desserts, and chocolate products, and specialty items from scratch.
– Scale recipes for large production while maintaining consistency in quality, taste, texture, presentation, and portion control.
– Manage pastry operations, including workflow, inventory, ordering, cost control, and HACCP food safety standards.
– Train pastry team members and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and special dessert projects
