FM Engineer Job Description:
1. Preparing daily and weekly reports and submit to managers for Weekly meeting.
2. Getting /extracting report daily from the ground team along with their attendance & their
overtime on daily basis.
3. Assigning PPM, Reactive and ADHOC Works for Mobile Team.(Scheduling for Next day)&
informing them in details for their pick & drop in what’s app group.
4. Coordination with Mobile Team project oriented clients for the Queries (Reactive/ Break down
request & communicating with them for their PPM Schedules.
5. Following up & scheduling Water tank Cleaning, Pestcontrol schedules for Mobile Team projects
6. Preparing Quotations for mobile team projects such as (Al barari villas, Jashanmal, Brands
forless, Last exit,small offices etc) and partially to fixed sites (eg.Inside apartments).
7. Preparing all Quotes related to UIC Building including inside Apt & co coordinating with
Residents as & when required
8. Daily general works (Replying to mails from clients, colleagues, Adhoc works related followup(
on work completion& status with ground team),
9. Coordination with procurement for arranging materials for the approved quotes works for all
the sites & building & AMC consumables
10. Following up and coordinating with technicians for the daily work updates regarding the job
status/completion to update the client and make quotes if required.
11. Arranging for the delivery of materials either through our team or by suppliers.
12. Preparing cash advance request as & when required (in absence of Zubin & Maya) for all job
request where cash/cheque/advance payment is required.
13. Arranging Transportation for Mobile team technicians for their pick & Drop from sites to
designated places.
14. Coordination & Updating HD with regards to the work completion of ADHOC works to invoice to
the client & clarifying if incase of any requirements.
15. Assigning works to Mehboob for any material collection & informing Admin /HR dept.
16. Co ordinating with HR for petty cash arrangement & Minor bills purchased
Pay: AED6,500.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
