Prepare technical and incident report with basic root-cause details to line manager.
Update systems with work orders and asset data.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs for all building systems.
Record preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in whole operations.
Prepare monthly operational reports and track service requests, work orders, and vendor activities.
Document shift handovers and site transfer reports.
Ensure all documentation meets company, client, and regulatory requirements.
Project and Vendor Management
Plan and schedule project activities with operations and maintenance teams.
Review projects, specifications, and scopes for compliance.
Manage vendors and contractors across all FM services.
Review and approve work submissions, invoices, and reports.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Support procurement, vendor selection, track budgets and control project costs.
Resolve technical issues between vendors and internal teams.
