Job Title: Noon Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Noon Sales Coordinator to manage and grow our business on the Noon marketplace. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Noon Seller Lab/Partner Portal, product listings, promotions, and marketplace operations to maximize sales and ensure smooth day-to-day management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s Noon seller account and oversee daily marketplace operations.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Coordinate and monitor sales performance on Noon.
- Plan and execute Noon marketing campaigns, promotions, deals, and sponsored advertisements.
- Optimize product visibility and rankings to increase sales and conversions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Track orders, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
- Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and marketplace trends, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Stay updated with Noon policies, tools, and marketplace best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a Noon seller account.
- Strong knowledge of Noon Seller Lab/Partner Portal.
- Experience with product listing optimization and marketplace marketing.
- Understanding of pricing strategies, promotions, and sponsored advertising on Noon.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple product categories.
- Knowledge of inventory management and e-commerce operations.
- Experience with other marketplaces such as Amazon or Shopify is an added advantage.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
