Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Fleet Sales Executive to join our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in the UAE automotive market, specifically in fleet or B2B sales, and a strong ability to build and maintain corporate client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the corporate and fleet segment
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and government accounts
- Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales targets
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized fleet solutions
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with operations, logistics, and aftersales teams
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline accurately
- Participate in tenders, bids, and corporate negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in automotive fleet sales or B2B sales (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE automotive and fleet market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license is required
- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
