Fleet Control Position in Sharjah
As a Fleet Controller you will manage the daily running of a fleet of vehicles in Victoria Australia, hours 4am to 4pm in Sharjah. You organize timetables or schedules and make sure vehicles are ready when required. Fleet Controllers organise a team of drivers and ensure vehicle problems are reported to the service team. On-route control and monitoring, ensuring to monitor the movement of the Fleet on delivery, to ensure operational efficiency and that all deliveries are made within the stipulated time or clients are advised of delays immediately. Managing driver paperwork and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, with regards to permits required. The best fleet controllers are skilled communicators. Not only do strong communication skills help fleet controllers oversee operations more effectively, but it also helps to develop stronger relationships with drivers, colleagues and clients.
