Job description- Fitout Supervisor
Key responsibilities
- Site Management: Oversee daily operations for partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishing works.
- Team Coordination: Direct subcontractors, trade workers, and laborers while planning daily manpower.
- Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure compliance with approved architectural and shop drawings.
- Safety Enforcement: Maintain strict health and safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and hazard checks.
- Progress Reporting: Track material deliveries, log daily site reports, and update project managers on delays.
Skills and qualifications
- Experience: Typically requires significant hands-on painting experience, often with at least three years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of different fit out and maintenance materials, tools, and techniques in the UAE
