Job Description
Fitness Instructor
This position is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of guest activities, developing a
wellness program
, and ensuring smooth and efficient communications with hosts and guests by providing efficient service.
Ensure all dealings with guests at the Fitness areas meet or exceed the hotel operating standards.
Ensure the health and safety of guests and employees are paramount at all times.
Ensure consistent guest experience development to maintain innovation and uniqueness.
Conduct proper inventories of all operating equipment in line with audit standards to effectively manage operational costs.
Follow hotel policies and procedures including health, hygiene, emergency, and fire prevention.
Maintain confidentiality for all guests and colleagues at all times.
Ensure all Fitness / Gym equipment is maintained in good working condition at all times.
Report on duty punctually.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in work areas.
Deliver the best service and experience to our guests.
Qualifications
Certified Personal Trainer with at least 3 years of similar experience.
Good English and communication skills.
Ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability and willingness to perform under stress.
Positive and high energy level.
