Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fit-out and joinery workshop production.
- Manage and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Read and understand shop drawings and technical drawings.
- Supervise carpentry, joinery, cutting, assembly, and finishing works.
- Ensure proper use of MDF, plywood, laminate, veneer, solid wood, and other fit-out materials.
- Monitor woodworking machinery and workshop equipment.
- Conduct quality and finishing inspections.
- Plan materials and control material wastage.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Store, and installation teams.
- Resolve production and technical issues effectively.
- Ensure workshop safety and HSE requirements are followed.
- Monitor production targets and project deadlines.
- Prepare daily production and progress reports.
