Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Fit-Out & Interior Renovation Engineer with proven experience in Dubai’s construction and interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate must have expertise in AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, RFQs, cost estimation, rate analysis, invoicing, and quantity surveying. A deep understanding of the Dubai market, supplier rates, and local regulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Oversee fit-out and renovation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Technical Drawings & Design: Interpret and develop AutoCAD drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- BOQ & Estimation: Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and project budgets.
- RFQs & Procurement: Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), compare supplier quotations, and finalize procurement of materials.
- Rate Analysis & Cost Control: Conduct market research to analyze material and labor rates, ensuring competitive and cost-effective procurement.
- Invoicing & Payments: Verify contractor invoices, prepare payment certificates, and ensure alignment with project deliverables.
- Quantity Surveying: Measure and verify work done on-site, ensuring accuracy in billing and claims.
- Coordination & Communication: Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all fit-out works adhere to Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other authority guidelines.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Dubai’s fit-out and renovation industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, RFQ handling, rate analysis, invoicing, and quantity surveying.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai’s fit-out suppliers, material costs, and subcontractor rates.
- Software Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- UAE Experience: Must have worked in the UAE with a clear understanding of local market dynamics and regulations.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
