Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee operations in our tailors workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workflow, ensuring quality control, meeting deadlines, and optimizing production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
Plan and allocate tasks to tailors, ensuring timely order completion.
Monitor the quality of stitching, finishing, and overall garment production.
Maintain inventory of fabrics, threads, and other materials.
Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
Train and guide tailors to improve productivity and maintain high standards.
Communicate with clients and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions.
Maintain health and safety regulations in the workshop.
Requirements:
Proven experience in garment production management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of different tailoring techniques and fabrics.
Ability to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with the team and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
