Junior Relationship Manager Jobs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at IAS Company

The Freelance Junior Relationship Manager (JRM) is a commission-only independent contractor who represents IAS in the market. The JRM’s primary objective is to generate business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, and funnel qualified leads and project opportunities to the IAS management team.

This is not an employment position. JRMs operate as independent freelancers with full flexibility over their time and working methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify private developers, real estate companies, and project owners in Jeddah who have active or upcoming construction/fit-out needs
  • Initiate and develop relationships with decision makers (owners, project managers, procurement heads)
  • Gather project details: scope, budget range, timeline, and key contacts
  • Submit Request for Quotation (RFQ) on behalf of IAS or facilitate introductions
  • Represent IAS professionally in networking events, industry forums, and site visits
  • Follow up with clients on submitted proposals and quotations
  • Maintain a structured log of leads, meetings, and pipeline status
  • Coordinate with IAS management for technical site visits and proposal preparation

  • Project management consultants seeking subcontractors

Commission Rate

5% of the total gross contract value of each won project

Earning CapCommission Example

Example: You introduce a client who signs a SAR 2,000,000 finishing contract with IAS.

There is no cap. The larger the deal, the higher your earnings.

Qualifying a Lead

A lead qualifies for commission if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The JRM is the first to introduce the client/project to IAS (documented in writing)
  • The JRM’s introduction directly resulted in IAS receiving an RFQ or meeting
  • IAS submits a formal proposal for the project
  • IAS receives the initial down payment from the client

Freelancer Terms & Conditions

  • The JRM is an independent contractor, not an employee of IAS
  • The JRM is not entitled to salary, benefits, GOSI, or end-of-service gratuity
  • The JRM may work with other non-competing companies simultaneously
  • The JRM must not misrepresent IAS or make financial commitments on IAS’s behalf
  • All client communications and proposals are handled by IAS management after introduction
  • The JRM must maintain confidentiality of IAS’s pricing, strategies, and client information
  • This arrangement can be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice

Tools & Support Provided by IAS

  • Company introduction letter and profile for client meetings
  • Business cards or digital card (upon request)
  • Portfolio of past projects and capability statement
  • Technical support for site visits (IAS engineer/manager attends)
  • Quotation and proposal preparation by IAS team

Reporting & Tracking

JRMs are expected to submit a brief weekly update to IAS management including:
