Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Fire Fighting Technician with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of fire fighting systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems and familiarity with UAE Civil Defense standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire fighting systems at project sites
- Handle installation and maintenance of sprinkler systems, hose reels, fire pumps, hydrants, extinguishers, and piping systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fire protection systems
- Conduct testing and commissioning of fire fighting systems
- Troubleshoot system faults and carry out necessary repairs
- Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense regulations and fire safety standards
- Read and follow technical drawings, system layouts, and installation plans
- Coordinate with engineers and supervisors during project execution
- Maintain service reports and inspection records
- Attend emergency breakdowns and provide technical support when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience as Fire Fighting Technician
- Experience in installation and maintenance of fire fighting systems
- Knowledge of sprinkler systems, fire pumps, hydrants, hose reels, and extinguishers
- Familiarity with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and Civil Defense requirements
- Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot system issues
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
