We are seeking a detail-oriented Finishing Works Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee and ensure the quality and timely completion of all finishing works on our projects, contributing to the delivery of high-quality construction outcomes that meet client expectations.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, and other final touches on construction sites.
– Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
– Inspect work at various stages to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
– Prepare and maintain detailed reports on progress, quality issues, and any deviations from project plans.
– Resolve technical issues related to finishing works and propose effective solutions.
– Ensure adherence to health and safety policies on site.
– Assist in planning and scheduling finishing activities to optimize resource utilization and minimize delays.
