Job Title: Finishing Carpenter
We are hiring a skilled Finishing Carpenter to join our contracting company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a contracting/construction company.
- Experience in finishing carpentry, including doors, cabinets, wardrobes, furniture, wall paneling, and decorative woodwork.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Skilled in the use of carpentry hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishing work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install and finish doors, cabinets, wardrobes, wooden flooring, and other interior woodwork.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood materials according to project specifications.
- Repair and replace damaged wood fixtures when required.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to complete assigned tasks.
