Role Overview
During your tenure as a Project Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Deliver exceptional client service, maximize results, and drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders.
- Influence clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with senior people.
- Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, align to people and objectives, and set priorities and direction.
Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Management, or other related fields. An MBA or a relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
- PMI-PMP or equivalent certification is a must.
- 10+ years in managing or implementing technology systems, for example Core Banking (Temenos, Mambu, others), Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle, others), and digital platforms.
- Experience working with different banking products across retail and commercial banking.
- Experience in setting up different PMO/transformational offices.
- Experience in strategy execution and performance management is a plus.
- KPI certificates are a big advantage.
- Experience managing a team of at least 5 people.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment with flexible working hours.
- Willingness to travel (required).
