Key Accountability:
Financial planning & Forecasting: Manage annual budget preparation and consolidation for sub-business units, leading zero-based budgeting and developing robust budgeting templates, as well as monthly revenue forecasting, analyzing forecasts, and providing recommendations on business unit financial targets and goals.
Revenue management: Lead revenue management initiatives, including pricing, promotion, and portfolio optimization to drive profitability and simplify offerings.
Develop and implement pricing strategies across sub-business units, including pricing models, corridors, and structures to manage gross margins and competitiveness.
Financial analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing dynamic financial forecasting models and templates.
Performance management: Lead monthly closing with financial performance review meetings, managing KPIs, scorecards, and financial reporting packages for sub-business units and legal entities.
Strategic planning: Lead strategy development for sub-business units, translating plans into action, and ensuring financial control and compliance with BU financial strategies.
Advertising & marketing cost: lead the reporting accuracy and planning for Advertising and trade marketing expenditure, reviewing the spend plans assessing ROI and financial feasibility.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, and sales, to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience in the FMCG industry preferred
Highly detail oriented and organized in work
7- 10 years of field experience
