Scope of Work:
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager leads the budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis functions. This role is responsible for transforming financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. The FP&A Manager ensures the accuracy and alignment of financial plans with business goals while enhancing financial visibility across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Develop financial models to support scenario analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making.
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, highlighting key variances and trends.
– Consolidate budget and forecast submissions from various departments, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
– Monitor financial performance metrics and develop dashboards for senior leadership.
– Identify risks, opportunities, and business drivers impacting financial performance.
– Support management in evaluating investments, new business opportunities, and capital expenditure plans.
– Enhance and standardize reporting tools, templates, and processes to improve financial transparency.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational and financial plans.
– Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and reporting standards.
– To perform any other tasks assigned by the direct superior.
