A leading law firm in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a legal consultant responsible for evaluating legal consultations, preparing and reviewing contracts and agreements, and monitoring legal disputes. The candidate will also provide legal opinions to management and clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation, drafting, and review of legal documents, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDA), and service agreements.
- Providing accurate legal consultations to clients and preparing relevant recommendations regarding commercial transactions and partnerships.
- Analysis and review of complex legal documents, preparing summaries, and recommending necessary amendments while ensuring the highest degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support and conduct legal due diligence.
- Preparation of legal memoranda, regulations, and pleadings related to commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution procedures.
- Management of legal workflows, preparation of work plans, and monitoring the progress of tasks using document management and task management systems.
- Conducting legal research and studies related to Saudi regulations and relevant judicial precedents.
Working Hours:
From Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
