A part-time Financial Advisory Consultant being a team member in the Financial Advisory department, working on various engagement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and industry framework.
Core Responsibilities
Engagement Taks: Undertake engagement tasks being assigned to.
Project Execution: Be a key team members undertaking the tasks of engagements, including Feasibility Studies, Financial Modelling, Business Plan, Financial Due Diligence Reviews, Valuations, and Preparation of Transaction Documentation for fundraising (i.e. Private Placement Memorandums, and Debt Memorandums), covering all sectors.
