Job Description:

The Officer Finance will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organization through meticulous financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes. Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with departmental heads.

Conduct regular financial analysis to identify variances and trends that inform strategic planning.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, statements, and documentation in accordance with established policies.

Monitor and report on cash flows, ensuring timely processing of transactions and compliance with financial controls.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information necessary for financial planning and reporting.

Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and participating in audits as required.

Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and standard operating procedures.

Provide assistance in the management of accounts payable and receivable processes.

Contribute to the enhancement of financial systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills:
