Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth in the shipping and logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting and finance functions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Analyze financial performance and present reports to management.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Oversee payroll, banking, and cost control activities.
- Implement and maintain ERP-based financial systems.
- Support business strategy through financial analysis and risk management.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in Finance & Accounts, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Age below 40 years.
