Prosperity School is a fast-growing online trading education company (Prosperity Group FZCO, based in Dubai). We’re scaling quickly and our finances need a dedicated owner. We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who knows the UAE inside-out and can take our books from messy to immaculate — and keep them that way.
This is a full-time contractor engagement (full-time hours, invoice-based).
What you’ll do
– Take ownership of our books end-to-end: reconciliations, AP/AR, monthly close, and clean management reporting
– Get our current setup in order — multiple tools, inconsistent records — and build a reliable monthly rhythm
– Own UAE compliance: VAT registration & filings, Corporate Tax, free-zone/FZCO requirements
– Give the founders and COO clear, timely visibility into cash flow and financial performance
– Improve and document our finance processes as we grow
