Job Summary:
The Finance Associate will assist in financial operations, reporting, and analysis to support the bank’s financial health and decision-making. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their skills in banking and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Assist in monitoring financial transactions and ensuring compliance with policies.
Work closely with senior finance professionals on audits and regulatory requirements.
Help analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
Assist in maintaining accurate records and financial documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
