- Manage finance and accounts functions, focusing on accounts & controls and regulatory compliance in KSA.
- Lead a team of over 10 staff members, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Supervise reporting & analysis tasks to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
- Utilize ERP system knowledge, preferably with Yardi experience.
- Establish a team from recruitment and effectively train team members.
- Maintain strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Handle VAT, ZATCA, and other regulatory requirements efficiently.
