About the Company:
A manufacturing plant specialized in producing beverages and juices (juices, matcha, hibiscus, ice tea, karak tea, and others) across liquid and powder production lines.
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on experience operating filling lines within food and beverage manufacturing plants, able to:
- Verify final product Brix and pH from Quality before starting filling
- Verify labels and dates for accuracy before start-up
- Check primary and secondary packing according to product requirements
- Transfer finished product after packing to the designated storage area according to product
Requirements:
- Monitor product temperature during the filling process
- Ensure batch number, production date, and expiry date match the Batch Card for both primary and secondary packing
- Ensure proper stacking height of finished product in the storage area according to product requirements
- Complete and maintain operational records (Batch Card) related to the filling process in accordance with approved SOPs
Equipment Used:
- Rotary Filling Line (with and without CO2)
- Krones Filling Line (with and without CO2)
- Blow Molding Machine
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating filling lines in food or beverage manufacturing plants
- Practical experience with Rotary and Krones lines, as well as blow molding machines, is preferred
- Good working knowledge of food safety standards (GMP/HACCP preferred)
