WE ARE HIRING – DREDGE OPERATOR
Seaworks Company is looking for experienced Dredge Operators to join our marine dredging projects in Qatar & Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Cutter Suction Dredgers (CSD), Clamshell Dredgers, and other dredging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor dredging operations and achieve production targets.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic operational maintenance.
- Coordinate with Supervisors, Engineers, and Marine Crew.
- Maintain daily operational records and report equipment issues.
- Follow all HSE policies and marine safety procedures.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience as a Dredge Operator in marine dredging projects.
- Experience operating CSD, Clamshell Dredgers, or similar dredging equipment.
- Good knowledge of dredging operations, hydraulic systems, and marine safety.
- Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work on marine construction projects.
- Basic English communication skills.
