Job Title: Finance Controller (Operational & Strategic)
Location: Dubai
Reports To: CEO
Availability – Immediate
Salary: 8K-12K pm ( all inclusive) we can go up to 15k if the candidate is driven.
Job Summary:
Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, strategic planning, and risk management for a group of companies, with a primary focus on real estate and property management. He will drive financial efficiency, ensure compliance, and provide insights to support decision-making, operational growth, and long-term investments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Reporting
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple entities.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
Develop financial models for property valuation, acquisitions, and project feasibility.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and debt management strategies.
2. Operational & Strategic Leadership
Align financial strategies with business objectives to optimize profitability.
Lead cost control measures and operational efficiencies across property portfolios.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, legal, and asset management teams for financial insights.
Identify investment opportunities and risks in property management and real estate ventures.
3. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate governance, and real estate laws.
Develop internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
4. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
Act as a financial advisor to senior leadership and operational teams.
Build strong relationships with banks, investors, and external partners.
Support mergers, acquisitions, and real estate development financing.
5. Team Leadership & Process Improvement
Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and capabilities.
Implement ERP systems and automation tools for better financial visibility.
Continuously improve financial processes for operational scalability.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Education: MBA in Finance or CA.
Experience: 8+ years in financial management, preferably in real estate/property management.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, real estate valuation, and ERP systems.
Leadership: Strong business acumen with experience in managing teams and driving operational efficiencies.
Compliance: Deep understanding of property-related financial regulations and tax laws.
UAE experience of 2-3 years with proven track record is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
