We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Field Sales Agents to support our telecommunications projects across Qatar. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic field sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell telecommunications products and services to prospective customers.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through field sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain product features and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily activity reports.
- Represent the company professionally while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in direct sales, field sales, retail sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Experience in Telecommunications, ISP, Banking, Retail, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Willing to travel across Qatar as required.
- Arabic and Non-Arabic speakers are welcome to apply.
