Snowflake is looking for aField Marketing Manager in Riyadh to support our growth in KSA!

As a Field Marketing Manager for Saudi-Arabia you are responsible for driving demand through field programs to meet or exceed revenue goals for the region’s sales teams.

You will develop and drive targeted marketing programs to generate awareness, quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle and help to build acustomer relationship.

This position supports sales teams in afast-pacedsales environment. You will collaborate closely with Snowflake’s sales, sales development, and campaign marketing teams to plan and execute. This field-based position requires some experience across verticals, as well as managing events and C-level executive programs.

In addition, you must successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in adynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organised self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and explore.

Job Description:

Research, plan and maintain the Snowflake online calendar of events including 3rd party industry conferences, Snowflake-driven virtual and physical event series, and regional hospitality field events

Educate the sales team and sales development reps on new and existing marketing activities being performed

Own and drive logistics and execution of all planned events; help shape event themes, work with outside vendors, oversee fulfilment/inventory levels, manage events’ sales staffing

Support Snowflake’s demand generation and sales goals through regional field and industry events

Create well thought out ABM campaigns & activities to support strategic accounts and drive pipeline for sales

Collaborate with the alliances’ organization on Snowflake’s strategic sponsor ships and go-to-market execution plan at partner events

Maintain direct alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post-eventcommunication, marketing-driven campaigns, and eventpromotionstrategy

Evaluate all regional campaigns’ impact and ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment

Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns within budget

Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, & budget

Engage with ABM target accounts, develop growth strategies in cooperation with Sales in order to optimizecustomer retentionand business growth

Working with Alliance partners to implement joint partner campaigns

Maintain email/slack responsivity rate within a 24-hour time period

Set goals and define metrics for each campaign including targeted lead flow

Manage internal field and eventscommunicationbetween sales and marketing

Support strategic industry events through logistics planning

Represent Snowflake to counterparts at partners, vendors, and outside vendors

Tracking program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics

Requirements:

5+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS

Experience in Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, Wordpress

High proficiency with office productivity applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Apps)
