Best Town Realty is looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through outbound calls.
- Introduce and promote the company’s real estate projects and services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer information and call records in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with 6–12 months of telesales or customer service experience will have an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

- Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 4,000 (based on experience and performance)
