Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our real estate services and projects
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective buyers and investors
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system
• Achieve monthly sales and call targets
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Stay updated with company projects and the Dubai real estate market
Requirements
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales (real estate experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
• Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
