Role Overview:

The ideal candidate needs to have a start up background (fast-paced environment), the ability of working independently and collaboratively, passion for user-centered design (conducts user research), proficiency in Figma (design tool), a keen eye for details, and a great team-work mindset.
Deliverables:
User research: Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user’s needs and behaviors.
Usability testing: planning, execution and documenting results.
Wireframes, user flows, high fidelity design, and prototypes
Team-collaboration and clear communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Brand consistency: Maintain (and help adding to the) brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all projects.
Presentation skills: Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine solutions.
Ideally: Experience with Service Design
Qualifications:
Strong background in Start up environments.
Strong background in User Research.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer, much preferably in a startup setting, like Fintechs, Proptechs, Healthtech, etc.
Experience with working in Squads in an Agile environment
Proficiency in Figma
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
