Job Description:
Emerald a leading cleaning and facility services provider in Qatar, is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our operations team.
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily cleaning operations, supervising cleaning staff, ensuring service quality, coordinating with clients, and maintaining compliance with company HSE and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities at client sites.
- Manage cleaning teams and allocate daily tasks effectively.
- Monitor cleaning quality and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct site inspections if Required.
- Coordinate with clients regarding operational requirements and feedback.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, and PPE.
- Maintain attendance records and staff performance monitoring.
- Follow company safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions.
- Support the Operations Coordinator in daily activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in cleaning services or facility management.
- Previous experience working with a cleaning company is an Added Advantage.
- Must hold a valid Qatar Manual Driving License.
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and manpower supervision.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure.
- Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of client coordination and site reporting.
- Basic understanding of HSE requirements.
Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
